Dental Services - If dental services are needed, arrangements are made for a visit to a dentist of choice.
Dietitian Approved Meals - Proper nutrition for our residents is a high priority for our dietary team. Our full time Certified Dietary Manager is assisted by a licensed dietitian and full staff of team members. A licensed dietician approves all menus and special diet needs are met according to physician orders and the requests of the resident. Each meal is prepared with care and served with love in keeping with our mission.
Environmental Services – To insure the quality functioning of our facility, we have a supervisor who diligently works with a team in the overall care of the facility. They work together to make certain that all aspects of the building, equipment and grounds are properly maintained to provide a safe, functional, healthy, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. We strive to make wise choices which are eco-friendly regarding supplies and equipment.
Physician Services - Each resident has the right to choose his or her own personal physician to serve as attending physician. The facility also has a medical director who is available 24/7 for consultation on all residents in the facility.
Pharmacy Services - We maintain a local, licensed pharmacist for consultation and monthly medication review on all residents’ medications. The pharmacist works closely with the staff and resident’s physician to ensure appropriateness of all medication orders.
Social Services - Residents and family members and responsible parties are assisted with social services needs especially during times of transition, for example, admission, discharge, change in resident's condition, room or roommate changes, etc.
Payment Services – We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and long term insurance policies. Our business office staff is available to assist residents and families in understanding the rules and regulations governing federal and state assistance programs for nursing home residents.
